Cray Valley Radio Society’s Toby Tiesdell-Smith M0TBS secured second place for the club in the 70MHz Trophy Contest – singe operator open section – using the club’s contest callsign M8C/P

Toby’s equipment was a Kenwood TS2000 and a 4m transverter, and the antenna was a 4-element Yagi 8m off the ground, at an elevation of 100m above sea level.
